Minimum 1+ years school psychologist experience required.
A school near Anchorage, Arkansas is in need of a onsite psychologist forthe current school year!
Hours: Part time/ 25 hrs per week, school year's remainder
Caseload: K-12th grade openings
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the educational, learning styles, and program needs of each child referred to special education services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
-Provide diagnostic information and work cooperatively with instructional personnel to provide the most appropriate programs for students with disabilities.
- Software/Systems: Only Care USA (training provided)
Requirements:
- Active School Psychologist license in Arkansas.
- Will interview with pending license
- Masters degree in School Psychology
- Experience conducting psychological assessments in a school or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
